They are so unprofessional, always seem understaffed and always promising to get the correct person to call back. They never do. Extremely frustrated at the potential they seem to have (as supplier for us to deal with) that just lets us down time and time again. Have now gone elsewhere.
- Craig Berndsen Added December 06, 2023★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We have adult bearded dragon reptiles and feed them live crickets. regardless which petshop I go to, there is no consistency that they are actually large -usually barely medium size and of poor health -many inside the plastic box are actually dead. unfortunately Pisces are the only brand/supplier available locally

The reptile room is fantastic, plus they have someone how working there that known what they are talking about when it comes to reptiles, the team are all fantastic and friendly. The range and quality is, in my opinion, the best I've ever experienced. Service was also excellent with very helpful advice given readily.
